Why are people thinking that plane takeoffs directly from the terminal.. no.. it has to go to the runway to takeoff.. and this is also not a very big airport.. there are many more extremely big airports which take much more time for the plane to go to the runway from the terminal.. Mumbai T1 is 3km away from runway 27.. how much time do u think it will take.. obviously it doesn't go full speed on taxiways

Mumbai Airport has cross runways. So one flight has to wait till the other lands or takes off from the other runway. See @8:53, you'll see another flight taking off before this flight picks up take off speed.
